What’s your interview process like?

Our process typically includes an initial phone screen, a technical or skills assessment (depending on the role), team interviews, and a final conversation with leadership. We aim to make the process collaborative and give you a real sense of what it’s like to work here. The entire process usually takes 2–3 weeks.

Do you support remote work?

Absolutely. Flexibility is built into how we operate. Many of our teammates work remotely full-time, while others split their time between home and our San Francisco or San Clemente offices. Work where you work best — we trust you to know what that looks like.

What if I don’t meet all the qualifications?

We encourage you to apply anyway! Job descriptions are wish lists, not checklists. If you’re excited about the role and think you can learn and grow into it, we want to hear from you. We value potential, curiosity, and drive just as much as existing skills.

How long does hiring take?

We try to move quickly because we know your time is valuable. From application to offer, the process typically takes 2–4 weeks. We’ll keep you informed at every stage and are happy to work with your timeline if you’re interviewing elsewhere.

What’s the team culture like?

We’re a collaborative, low-ego team that values direct communication and mutual support. We celebrate wins together, learn from mistakes openly, and prioritize work-life balance.
