Incoming Inventory: Closed Shipments No Longer Inflate The Count

Some accounts saw Incoming quantities on inventory items despite having no open Purchase Orders. Closed supply shipments that had never been received were still being counted as inbound. Incoming now excludes closed shipments everywhere the number is shown, so what's listed as incoming is only what's actually coming in. Roughly 708,000 units across 28 companies drop out of Incoming as a result, and the Unassigned row in the fulfillment quickview stops going negative on the affected accounts.
