Shipment Financials: Unit Costs Keep Their Precision
A unit cost entered on a shipment's Financial tab was rounded to two decimals on the way in and read back from a two-decimal display string, so a per-unit price like 1.234 lost its third decimal on save — even though the same value survives unchanged on a purchase order line. The shipment tab now uses the same precision the PO line-items table already uses: up to four decimals, which is the most Endless stores for money.
Everything under two decimals still renders at two, so a $12 cost still reads as $12.00 rather than $12; a $0.00 cost keeps showing as $0.00 instead of "—". The By HTS breakdown that reads from the same value gains the same precision.
