Order List Stays Steady When Refreshing In The Background

The Orders list no longer dims or shows a page spinner when a new order arrives or an existing one updates through the live feed. Those refreshes run in the background and swap rows in place, so the table you are reading does not blink away. Manual refresh — the refresh button in the toolbar — still spins while it runs. The old new-orders badge counter is gone; the list picks up new orders on its own.
