Standalone Fulfillment Card Now Shows The Same Details As The Sales Order View

On the standalone fulfillment order page, the fulfillment card was missing details it correctly showed when the same fulfillment was opened from its sales order — cancellation warnings, the failure banner, draft actions, the lifecycle stepper, and shipped tracking. All of these now appear on the standalone page too. Nothing changes when the fulfillment is opened through its sales order.
