Endless Commerce is building the operating system for modern commerce — unifying supply chain, inventory, and compliance into one connected platform. As our Founding GTM Lead, you’ll define how our product reaches the world.
What you’ll do

Own the GTM motion. Partner with the CEO and product team to shape positioning, messaging, and channel strategy.
- •
Build the pipeline. Design and execute outbound and inbound experiments that turn interest into revenue.
- •
Close the loop. Join customer calls, distill insights, and feed them directly into product and growth strategy.
- •
Create repeatability. Develop the early sales playbook, define ICPs, refine pricing, and document what works.
- •
Scale what matters. Lay the foundation for our future sales, marketing, and partnerships org.
You’re a fit if you:
- •
Have hands-on GTM experience in B2B SaaS — ideally across sales, marketing, or partnerships.
- •
Are comfortable in early-stage ambiguity and thrive on building from zero.
- •
Combine strategic thinking with the ability to execute quickly and iteratively.
- •
Are a storyteller who can translate complex product value into clear, credible messaging.
- •
Love working closely with product and design to craft what customers actually want.
