Primary Nav Restructure And Settings Sidebar

The left sidebar is now organized into collapsible category groups — Catalog, Orders & Fulfillment, Inventory, Supply Chain — with Dashboard pinned on top. Admin has been folded back into the other groups: Buildings now lives under Inventory, Automations under Orders & Fulfillment.

Settings has moved off the bottom of the sidebar to the top company dropdown (or G+S). Opening it swaps the primary nav for a Settings sidebar grouped into Account, Workspace, and Operations, with a "Back to app" link at the top. G+S now goes to Settings; Supply Chain has moved to G+U.
