ShipHero: Two-Letter State Codes On Addresses

ShipHero was being handed the full state name on outgoing addresses (California, Texas) where it expects the two-letter abbreviation (CA, TX). Both shipping and billing addresses on B2C and B2B orders were affected. State names are now converted to the two-letter form on the way out, and addresses that already had the short form keep going through unchanged.
