Rithum: Two Fixes To Outbound Inventory Push

Two fixes to how inventory gets pushed to Rithum.

Inventory pushed to Rithum was under-reporting for composable bundles. A bundle has no physical units of its own — it's sellable because its components are in stock — and the number Endless sent didn't account for that, so Rithum saw zero available on bundles that were actually sellable. Rithum now receives the same available-to-sell quantity that Endless shows in the app, including the make-from-components portion for bundles. For accounts that map more than one warehouse as a Rithum inventory destination, the global quantity is now reported against a single primary warehouse rather than split per warehouse — per-warehouse splitting is deferred. Worth a look at production mappings post-deploy if any Rithum integration has multiple warehouses configured.

Separately, the Rithum integration's "push inventory" master switch wasn't being honored by the scheduled bulk sync — only by the one-off push that fires when an inventory level changes. So turning the switch off would stop the live pushes but the scheduled sync kept pushing every item to Rithum anyway. Both paths now share the same guard. Turning push inventory off stops all outbound inventory updates to Rithum, scheduled and event-driven.
