Shopify: Attribute Mapping Modal And Product Push Restored

Two problems that surfaced for tenants with more than twenty integrations are fixed. On a Shopify integration, the Manage Attribute Mappings modal — reached from Data Mapping → Product Publishing — used to open with the wrong header, no tabs, and no Fetch or Auto-Map buttons; it now opens correctly regardless of how many integrations exist. Push Product Data on a product page also now includes older Shopify integrations that were dropping off the list. Both surfaces were reading from the same integrations lookup, which was silently returning only the most recent twenty. Shopify targets that have product push turned off in their settings now show as grayed-out in the picker instead of being missing entirely.
