Shipment Financials: Weight And Volume Fall Back To Product Data

Shipment financials were reading weight and volume off the shipment’s master carton, so any line whose product had usable shipping or base dimensions but incomplete master-carton data came out blank. That made line dimensions unreviewable and stopped shipping cost from distributing by weight or volume. Each line now resolves through a fallback chain — stored values first, then the shipment carton snapshot, then the purchase-order carton snapshot, then the current master carton (volume only when length, width, and height are all present), then product shipping data, and finally base product data. Volume-based cost distribution and the volume shown on a shipment use the same effective value, so what you review and what allocates are the same. Complete historical snapshots still take precedence.
