Choose company roles that match your team’s work

Team settings now offer Guest, Operator, Editor, Admin, and Owner roles, alongside Sales Rep, Fulfillment Service, and Customer Service roles. The role picker explains the access each role provides. Saving a member’s role replaces their existing roles in that company with the one you select.

Operators focus on orders and inventory; catalog editing belongs to Editor and higher roles. Admins manage configuration and integrations, while Owners also manage billing, team membership, and company settings. Brand roles no longer grant access. Review the company roles of anyone who previously relied on a brand role or on an Operator role for catalog editing.
