Target code TR09 is an accessorial freight chargeback covering costs beyond line-haul, including detention, layover, driver wait time, and equipment fees.
A carrier billed accessorial charges that Target attributed to the supplier. Loading delays, trailers held beyond free time, and appointments missed at origin are the usual causes.
