Total Incoming Quantity Now Reflects Open POs Again

Some products were showing Total Incoming as zero even though they had open purchase orders covering them. The PO-coverage and incoming-quantity lookups on a product were keying on a denormalized SKU that wasn't being filled in on every inventory record — anything created outside the product-add flow (bulk inventory init, shipment receipt, fulfillment) was leaving it blank, and the lookup missed. The lookup now resolves the SKU reliably for every record, and a backfill is queued for the historical rows that were blank.
