See revenue, costs, and profit for your orders

The Financials tab on a sales order brings together item revenue, recorded costs, shipping fees, and other fees. It shows which units are missing costs and lets you recalculate shipment unit costs after updating their defaults. Profit appears when shipped quantities and unit costs are complete. The Accounting tab remains separate.

Export Order Financials from the Sales Orders list for selected orders or the orders matching your filters. Choose one row per order or totals by day, week, or month, with an optional split by sales channel. To compare actual product costs with your estimates, open Pricing & Costs on a product and review its Shipment Costs table.
