Follow shipments with multiple tracking numbers

A shipment on a order can carry several tracking numbers, each with its own link. Shipment cards and order summaries show all of them.

Get Shipment is available even after a fulfillment is fulfilled or canceled, when its integration supports fetching shipments. Use it to retrieve later tracking updates or additional shipments. When sending a shipment, you can also choose whether to notify the customer.
