Case Pack

The fixed number of units a product is packaged and sold in per case.

Also known as: inner pack, pack size

What is Case Pack?

A case pack is the standardized number of units a product is packed and sold in — for example, 12 units per case — which becomes the ordering and shipping unit in wholesale. Retailers order in case-pack multiples, and getting case-pack data wrong throws off ordering, warehouse slotting, and ASN carton counts. It is a small attribute with outsized downstream impact on compliance.

How Endless handles it

Endless stores case-pack configurations on the product record, so wholesale orders, warehouse picks, and 856 carton details all compute from the same pack definition.
