ShipHero: Missed Shipments No Longer Slip Through

High-volume ShipHero accounts could see recent shipments never land back in Endless. The every-fifteen-minute reconciliation was paging through ShipHero's oldest-first recent-shipments feed from the start on each run, which meant a busy day could exceed the pagination limit before reaching the newest fulfillments, and an upstream timeout would silently restart the scan from zero on the next pass.

The reconciliation now drives from Endless's own backlog of in-progress fulfillments instead — anything not yet completed, within a fourteen-day window — and pulls each fulfillment's shipment from ShipHero by order. No pagination cap, no scan-from-zero on every restart, and no silently skipped pages on a busy day.
