Order Financials Draft: Correct Shipping Cost And Discount

The order financials draft was pulling shipping price where it should have been pulling shipping cost, and the discount value was coming off the wrong order field. A fresh draft now uses the shipping cost and the correct discount, so the numbers on it line up with the numbers the rest of the app is working from.
