Fulfillment Rules: Only The Failing Clause Shows As The Blocker

When a fulfillment-processing rule that combined several clauses — warehouse plus payment status, for example — failed, the order's status was listing every clause the rule had checked, including the ones that actually matched, as a blocker. That made it look like the matched warehouse was holding the order when the real blocker was elsewhere. The label now calls out only the clauses that aren't satisfied, so the reason an order isn't moving is the reason listed.
