Amazon FBA: Line Prices Fixed And Backfilled

Amazon FBA orders now record each order line's unit price instead of unit-times-quantity. Before, a two-unit line at $10 landed as $20 per unit — so multi-unit FBA lines came in with inflated per-unit prices, which then flowed through to reporting and downstream systems. The mapper is corrected going forward, and an FBA-only backfill rake task walks existing Amazon FBA orders and rewrites the affected line prices to the right value. Non-FBA Amazon orders were not affected and are left alone.
