Date Filters: Local Calendar Boundaries

Date-range filters on Activity, Orders, Fulfillment Orders, People, and Scheduled Jobs now match the calendar days you picked in your own time zone. Before this, the boundaries were evaluated at UTC midnight, so a filter could include records from the previous local day and cut off records from the last few hours of the range. Filters that were already date-only — a date field with no time attached — are unchanged.
