Import sales orders from a spreadsheet

Choose Import on the Sales Orders list, then Spreadsheet, to create many orders from a CSV or Excel file. Rows with the same order number become one order. Matrixify and Shopify export headers are matched, so those files upload as they are.

Imported orders are drafts. The whole file is checked first, and nothing is created if any row has an error. Order numbers that already exist in the sales channel are skipped, so uploading the same file twice does not create duplicates. A file can contain up to 1,000 orders. Integration, in the same menu, opens the existing import from an integration.
