Archive and Restore Sales Channels

You can now archive a sales channel you no longer use. Open the channel and choose Archive from More actions. An archived channel is hidden from channel lists and pickers and cannot receive new orders. Its settings cannot be edited until you restore it.

Existing orders, financials, and reports keep showing the channel. Order, fulfillment, and customer filters list archived channels after the active ones. A channel that is the company default, or that an active integration sends new orders to, cannot be archived. The error explains which one blocks it.

The channel’s Activity tab now shows who created, changed, archived, and restored it.
