What is B2B ecommerce?
B2B ecommerce is letting wholesale buyers order from you online, with account-specific pricing, credit terms, minimums, and case-pack rules applied automatically. It replaces the email-and-spreadsheet reorder cycle, and it works best for repeat ordering by accounts whose terms are already agreed.
It handles your own buyers coming to your storefront. It does not handle a national retailer whose system sends an 850 and expects an 856 back, which is a separate capability.
