Brands: Company Admins Can Create Brands Again

Brands are how multi-brand companies organize their product data inside one Endless account — each brand has its own catalog, settings, and team, while sharing the same company. A bug had been blocking company admins from adding new brands: creating a brand appeared to succeed but the new brand never showed up in the brand list, leaving the admin with no way to manage it. That's fixed — a brand created by a company admin now appears in the list right away, the same as it always has for super-admins.
