EDI 323: Vessel Schedule and Itinerary (Ocean)
An ocean carrier’s published schedule of vessels, voyages, and port calls.
Ocean carrier → Shipper / Forwarder
When a carrier publishes or updates its sailing schedule.
What is the EDI 323?
The EDI 323 shares an ocean carrier’s vessel schedule: each vessel and voyage, the ports it calls, and the estimated arrival and departure dates at each. Shippers and forwarders use it to choose sailings when booking and to see when a schedule change will move an arrival date.
How EndlessEDI handles the 323
EndlessEDI receives 323s so sailing changes can update the expected arrival of the inbound shipments booked on that vessel.
